Any use of my artworks that generates profit (ex: merch, monetized content, advertisement, etc.) requires a prior agreement and will cost more than a regular commission.

Payment is upfront and in an accepted format

Full payment must be provided before starting the initial sketch. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, paypal and cash.

Copyright

I own the copyright to all my artworks, including commissions. I can produce prints of marketable commissioned work that does not contain personal information such as but not limited to the customer's or their close ones' likeness, a representation of a customer's identifying private property (ex: original character, primary residence, etc.).In the case of a commission of which I have sold the copyright, I still hold the right to display it on a publicly without monetization such as in an online portfolio.
